The ExpertCPG team was a gm to work with. We were one of the pilots for their Amazon Launch Program - which was attractive because it was a set fee for a set of deliverables to take you through the launch process and then a couple of months post launch to get advertising set up - rather than a monthly retainer for most agencies. When you start the setup on Amazon, there is significant dead time which I would prefer not to be paying an agency. Our launch period with ExpertCPG was about 6 months - where they helped set up the business account, set up the SKUs, product pages, A+ content, Vine program, any issue resolution and then Amazon advertising for about the last two months. The team was highly experienced, very responsiveness and always kept us in the loop.
