Evolve is absolutely incredible. I have tried many different studios in the past and have never found a place that offers this much. Many studios are expensive and only offer 1-2 recovery modalities. Evolve has everything you can think of and it is all at your disposal throughout your visit. My personal favorites are the sauna, red light therapy, massage chair, and these cooling normatec sleeves that I have not seen anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and come try out Evolve!

I have been going evolve for about 2 months and I don’t have one complaint! The staff is awesome, especially Sarah! She’s very welcoming and is always offering help to customers hike building a relationship. I have loved getting to know her and the rest of the staff. Overall a great place to get your recovery done!!

My son & I are Evolve members at the San Antonio location & we periodically visit Dallas for tournaments/competitions. We knew our passes wouldn’t transfer, but appreciated receiving a discounted day pass as existing members. As always, we had a great experience…relaxed, refreshed, & rejuvenated! The Dallas location felt spacious & I loved the darker, calmer room. Having four cold plunge tubs was amazing & the Norwegian sauna was a generous size. There was also an additional infrared sauna compared to San Antonio plus two red light therapy rooms, which we enjoyed. The staff/guests were friendly & welcoming. Gabriel & Kenzie took great care of us…answering our questions & checking in throughout our visit. Overall, Evolve continues to impress with excellent service & thoughtful spaces. Thank you for having us, we’ll definitely be back!
