Evan was fantastic!! He worked hard to get me into a home I love. He was knowledgeable about the home buying process and had excellent contacts for anything I needed including an excellent mortgage lender! When a plumbing and roofing issue came up in the inspection, he had a plumber and roofer out the very next day to address it, and he even negotiated a brand new roof installed before closing. 5 stars would recommend!
