I made an appointment for my Cocker Spaniel Louie after having a bad experience at other places. I adopted Louie 8-9 months ago so we are still getting used to each other. Louie is almost 3 years old. Elevated Touch took time with him ( he's doesn't like his paws touched), they listened to how I wanted his fur cut. Keep his tuft on top! When I went to pick him up, he looked amazing! It was exactly what I wanted! 5 hours of separation was a lot of anxiety for me too, but the service is above and beyond!! Louie and I will most definitely be back!!! Thank you so much everyone! I found my salon for Louie!! Thanks for listening, caring and giving him a bath and trim!! Y'all are who I was looking for! See you soon!!!

Elevated Touch has become my dogs favorite! All of the staff is so nice and kind. They always welcome our dog Milo with so much love. He even gets a little treat goody bag at each visit. They text 30 minutes before he is ready and send a cute photo with a themed background! Sally is our favorite groomer! Services Dog full service grooming

My husband and I came to check out Elevated Touch after seeing good reviews on the Ring app. Ozzie, our two year old springer spaniel had a very negative experience at Petco and it was very difficult to get him groomed as he was afraid to even walk into a new grooming place. We took him inside just to meet the staff and get him acquainted. They were so nice and even offered him some cookies so he would associate it with something positive. They set him up with a later appointment during the day so they could take their time with him. When we brought him back for his appointment they were super patient with him. His hair cut was great and they were so nice to us as well since we were a bit nervous for him. I highly recommend elevated touch especially for those with nervous dogs. The price was also very reasonable. We will be back.
