We had the most wonderful experience customizing our engagement ring at Ethan Lord with Mehdi! He is a TRUE professional. After several appointments at other jewelers and not seeing anything we liked, Mehdi made my fiancee and I feel like anything we wanted was possible. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire process. He treated us with genuine care and is just so enjoyable to be with. We made revisions to the CADs until I was 100% satisfied. Go with a local jeweler for your ring! You will be treated with so much attention here, not to mention their studio is so sleek and pretty:)

I am truly so grateful that I was able to work with her and I really appreciate how much time, knowledge, and attention to detail she put in to make sure everything turned out the way that it did. Her guidance throughout this experience was invaluable, and from our first appointment I felt like she really connected with me and understood exactly what I would love. My ring is so perfectly "me" (we fully designed it together and there are a multiple elements that are personal to me/my fiancé, I knew going in that I wanted something really personal and special), and I just am so happy she was able to somehow capture that within the design. I am obsessed with how uniquely "us" my ring is, and I have gotten compliment after compliment from everyone who sees my ring too!
