Equality Should Be Normal (ESBN), a Chicago based 501c3non-profit whose mission is to eradicate racism while advocating for violence prevention, education reform, mentorship and enriching the Black community. ESBN operates the Barbara Murphy Community Resource Center located on the South Side of Chicago in the divested Washington Park Community. We offer services ranging from essential goods distribution, mental health services, college and career preparation, tech training, financial literacy and so much more.

Equality Should be Normal is confronting the injustices of this world. As a leader who is being lead by God, Romel Murphy is living with purpose regardless of the pandemic.
