I loved the service at this enterprise! The employees were so helpful and kind and even accommodated me to my truck after the repair was complete. I was able to extend the rental longer when we needed. I forget the woman’s name but she has glasses and brown hair and was just great to work with; she was funny, welcoming and easy to understand/explained things clearly. I spoke with Miranda over the phone the most and she was always able to help and was so kind! Don’t forget to always take a walk around video of the car before you drive away! I brought the car back and was asked about a dent but was able to prove it was in the video beforehand.

Exceptional customer service experience with Andrew (Assistant Manager) by making arrangements to personally picking me up at Car Repair shop to ensure I arrived to work on time. There was no-fuss drop off and pickup process. He went above and beyond to offer one day rental deal to help with budget purposes. He was extremely professional and amazing! Highly recommend to family members, friends, colleagues and everyone.
