Came for a day pass since I’m from out of town. Nice clean facility with ample space and good equipment. I forgot his name but whoever was working 12/27/20 in the morning super nice guy. Would return if I come back to Birmingham

Such a great facility. I needed a place to train as I was visiting from out of town. It was extremely clean, staff was extremely nice and they had a great selection of equipment. Highly recommend!

Very nice facility with plenty of plates and dumbbells even for the heavy lifters. A variety of machines especially for leg workouts. The only thing they are lacking is cable machines for triceps and lats but they make up for it with there calisthenic and cardio room. Sleds, battle ropes, climbing rope, rings, heavy punching bag and a host of other stuff. They are closed on Sunday!
