He stayed in contact every step of the way, stayed mindful of my requests of the area i was trying to stay within, the wage bracket i wanted to stay within, he took into account all of my qualifications and prior job experience, and found somewhere suited for both my needs and my abilities. He was also very persistent with ensuring i was fully satisfied with the employer and job expectations and did follow-ups before letting things proceed, at every step of the way. I was never left feeling like i was "left hanging", or like i wasnt anything but his absolute top priority. I spent months looking for a better job than what I was at and had no luck. After about a week with employment solutions they placed me in a fantastic position doing what I enjoy and making much more than I did at my previous job. I was unsure about finding a job this way because I expected them to be doing the jobs no one wants to do but that absolutely wasn't the case. It was really nice to get signed up with employment solutions and essentially have a case manager to to act as a liaison and help me with interviews and questions I had.
