For wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner service -- or whatever the situation calls for -- the band can pare down to a smaller combo or soloist and provide vibe-appropriate music for the room and guests. They can also expand the band with multiple vocalists, dancers, and a powerful horn section for a full-on dance party extravaganza - music for dancers and shakers. They're adept at playing requests as well as traditional and religious music. Established in 2011. For over a decade, drummer Mark Boquist's sharp dressed band has been playing behind some of New York City's most talented singers and presenting their live showcase at weddings, fairs, fundraisers, festivals, private events, and public parties, as well as nightclubs, theaters, lounges, dive bars, and dinner & dance halls throughout the boroughs of New York City, the Hudson Valley, the Berkshires, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Residencies in Manhattan and Brooklyn have allowed them to develop and refine their real live showcase and talents while building their audience. Their mission remains constant: to provide authentic and exciting music that celebrates and energizes guests and patrons with songs from every side of the love equation.
