I was late getting my mammogram scheduled this year. I was told by scheduling that I might be able to get in as a "walk in" since the scheduled appts available were not convenient. I walked in on New Year's eve hoping and they were able to work me in! Check-in was prompt and very kind. Element is extremely easy to schedule appointments and very responsive and prompt. But what makes it exceptional is their amazing front desk receptionist (short wavy hair with glasses). She is ALWAYS kind and helpful. The mammagraphers are excellent and caring also.

Great experience overall. The MRI technologist was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the process easy and stress-free. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, and the lobby was clean, organized, and comfortable with nice music playing. Well-run facility with a great staff. The staff at Element were friendly, professional, and quick to get me an appt. The BEST thing was the older gentleman who was the Ultrasound Tech. He spent time with me to inquire why I was there and was VERY thorough. He realized the actual order from the Drs office was incorrect per my discussion with my Dr. and symptoms - which was FAR MORE than required. His due diligence saved me and my insurance a significant amount of money and I was able to get what I needed, along with results, the same day.

Pleasantly greeted when I arrived. Very short wait. I was called back at my scheduled appointment time. Robin was great and explained each step. I was finished and gone in a minimal amount of time. Great experience. And no thank you, I am not sending photos of my mammogram procedure.

Even though I don't love having to get my yearly mammograms (at Lees's Summit Element) and breast MRIs (Overland Park location), Element makes it such a quiet, simple and calm process. The MRI technician that guided me through my latest MRI this week in OP, Jordyn, was so kind, caring and helpful. Appointment availability, short wait time, sometimes next day, paperwork easy to complete online, no need to do it in the office, medical staff is VERY professional, front office staff welcoming, friendly and kind. Quick to get you in and out. I arrived 15 minutes before my mammogram appointment, was done and leaving before my scheduled appointment time. Thanks to all.
