I called Richard on a Monday and he was able to come out to my house within 48 hours. I h... I called Richard on a Monday and he was able to come out to my house within 48 hours. I had an electrical outlet that needed to be replaced and I was concerned about some lighting issues in my basement. Richard checked my concerns with the light fixtures and assured me there was no serious issues. He explained what was causing the flickering in the lights and how to fix it. Richard replaced the outlet at better price than I expected as well. He was very polite and respectful but also and most importantly he was informative.
