Outstanding Service from Spencer at EchoPark AutomotiveI had an excellent experience working with Spencer at EchoPark Automotive. His patience and professionalism truly stood out throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, never rushed me, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with each step of the purchase. It’s rare to find a sales rep who genuinely listens and prioritizes the customer’s needs like he does. Spencer made what can often be a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. Update 2/15/26: The sales manager Joe called me after this review, and they provided another option, an enzymatic treatment. Joe made sure to go above and beyond, calling other companies to get the best company to help get the smell out: They did a 7 hour treatment, gave me a rental car on Friday, and talked me through all they had done to clean out the smell out of my car. Joe was very helpful in making sure we weren’t stuck with the smell and being unhappy!! I greatly appreciate his customer service!I bought a 2023 Kia Sportage here in December. The sales man Tyler was pretty good during the sale. However, after the sale my car started having this cigarette smell circulating through the vents. The smell was masked when buying the car. I contacted them about it and several times Tyler had to remind Larry (his supervisor) to actually call me back about the issue, and their replies always took a long time, claiming they didn’t get your email. I used the appearance protection plan that y

It was a great experience, there were some hiccups but were resolved, team effort came into play and I drove away in what I feel is the perfect car for me at the age of 70. I love my new car, no pressure and the sales people were very patient with me! Teddy and Tony were great and the finance manager was also great. They stayed late to make sure that all my questions were answered.
