Among our many offerings you'll find both personal and group training as well as classes in aerobics, strength, yoga, tai chi, and spin (not to mention the only USA Certified Boxing Program in the area). On top of that, we have local kombucha on tap and vegan protein shakes with grass-fed whey and other organic ingredients. Our team of fitness enthusiasts will even babysit the kiddos while you work out. We believe that health matters, but your confidence and joy are the most important. Let us make your fitness dreams come true. Established in 1992. Duke's began servicing the area in the health club industry in 1992. Duke's continues to specialize in a friendly and welcoming health atmosphere for the community and those visiting the area. Duke's has been proud to offer options for the avid exerciser to the "new to the gym" clientele. A new owner, Nate Yandow, as of 2006. Nate built up the facility and updated equipment gradually until Duke's underwent an expansion in 2011 opening up a new weight room area and revamped their protein shake and health bar.
