The best contractor experience I've had! Following onsite inspection of the roof in the morning, Taylor provided a detailed estimate of the reroof service I'd requested by the end the day and made a revision I requested to the draft contract almost immediately. Jaime was assigned as Project Coordinator and was fantastic in communication and oversight throughout. Scheduling was impacted by an electrical contractor I used to remove and replace solar panels as well as rain, but Desert Sky worked with me seamlessly on the schedule adjustments as needed. After completion of the reroof, Jaime even returned to verify there was no damage caused by the electrical contractor during reinstallation of the solar panels and repainted the roof vents and pipes an alternate color I requested. The crew that performed the work were efficient and cleaned up all debris at the end of each day. Got multiple bids and felt Desert Sky's price was best value based on quality and warranty. I chose Desert Sky because I felt their salesman was the most conscientious and honest with the inspection and sent me the best looking and easiest to read quote at a very reasonable price. Also, he quickly responded to questions I had after receiving the quote and gave me time to consider my options. Once I made a decision, they scheduled my work within about two weeks. The staff who did the recoating were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They also provided me with a full report at completion.
