Even though my rental did not go as planned, I was late to my function. We still manage to work it out. We went as far as to pick the car up from the last customer's home! Other than that, the staff was willing to exchange another car for my rental, but unfortunately, I needed a white 4-door car. I also never received the follow-up phone call I was promised because my rental was not completely prepared, cleaned, or fueled. Despite all its business and sometimes, ish happens, so would I recommend them? Absolutely 💯, why? Because my 90 year old mom had a great time on her birthday in that white ghost, and that's all I needed from LA Drive.
