We had a fabulous interaction with this company. We were hired by DMID as the electrical contractor for a project in Northwest Arkansas that was receiving a beautiful redesign courtesy of DMID. This company is a contractors' dream to work with. We were provided dates with more than two months notice. The SOW was so detailed that we were able to bid the entire project remotely. When we encountered unforeseen challenges, both DMID and their end-user customer were completely understanding of the challenges and open to negotiating the pricing changes. As for the design choices, my whole team was blown away. We're no stranger to remodels and lighting updates, but this was the most comprehensive and well-thought through execution we've encountered. Communication A+ Scheduling A+ Design Choices A+ DMID is a well-oiled machine and we'd be glad to work with them any day.
