I truly don’t even have the words to describe how grateful I am. We were on the road from Atlanta, already exhausted, when we ran into two major traffic jams that added over two extra hours to our drive. What should have been a simple, on-time check-in completely unraveled, and our GPS showed we would arrive just two minutes after closing at the boarding facility we had originally booked. After such a long, stressful drive, being told there was no flexibility was absolutely heartbreaking. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and honestly fighting back tears — all I could think about was my girl. In a moment of pure desperation, I called Dogtopia — and that call changed everything. From the very first “hello,” I was met with kindness, patience, and compassion that felt like a lifeline. They didn’t hesitate. They didn’t make me feel like a burden. They welcomed us with open arms and reassured me when I needed it most. We arrived about 10 minutes before the playrooms closed, and despite the time

My pup has a great time at Dogtopia! They are so accommodating even with less than 12 hours notice. I have boarded several times. their pet suites are great, especially when you can partner them with dog friends like my sister-in-law‘s dog.

Really nice people who are genuinely passionate about what they do, you can tell that they love our pets. I brought my doggy daughter here and they took really good care of my baby. I look forward to her warming up coming out of her comfort zone 😇 She'll be back soon! 🐕❤️

Fantastic staff that genuinely love their jobs and consistently welcome Chewi, actively play with him, and proactively care for his wellbeing. My 70lb puppy comes home tired, well behaved, sleeps deeply through the night and pulls me up to their front door with his tail wagging and kisses for all the staff ever morning. I can’t imagine a better review than the one Chewi give me each morning showing me how excited he is to come back and play with his friends again each day!
