I cannot say enough kind things about this dog daycare. The level of care, compassion, and genuine love they show is truly special. When my dog Brooks was struggling with his arthritis, Vera didn’t hesitate to carry him all the way to my car—an act of kindness I will never forget. Vera and her staff are always incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure Brooks is safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. Leaving your dog behind can be stressful, especially when they have medical needs, but she gives me complete peace of mind whenever I’m out of town. I know Brooks is not just being watched, he’s being cared for like family. I am so grateful to have found a place that treats dogs with such patience, empathy, and love. I would absolutely suggest you bring your dog for either daycare or overnight camp to the New York dog spa! My dog LOVES this place which is the only endorsement I care about. When I tell him we are going to camp he gets SO excited and always has a good time! I can tell the staff enjoys being with the dogs and whenever we walk in my dog gets so excited no matter whoever is behind the counter! My dog loves the place and I love it for that. The staff is amazing and I would recommend this dog hotel!

We LOVE Dog Spa! Our dachshund Winnie has been going there for about 4 years, as long as we have lived in the area. The staff is amazing, particularly Jasmine and Ana, who are the managers. We know that Winnie is well cared for when there and they even give her unlimited belly rubs! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they are incredibly communicative as well. We are never concerned about Winnie when she is there. Dog Spa also has an amazing market team and we love the holiday pictures and Dog of the week awards that they do. Their warmth makes a huge difference for us. We recommend them unwaveringly.

We LOVE Dog Spa! Our dachshund Winnie has been going there for about 4 years, as long as we have lived in the area. The staff is amazing, particularly Jasmine and Ana, who are the managers.
