Highly recommended!!! I found D’Luxe Dog Pet Concierge after some extensive research. Their reviews speak for themselves, and they’re one of the few whose groomer is a member of the NDGAA, which speaks to their expertise and professionalism. My fur baby can be difficult to groom, but their experienced staff knew exactly how to handle him and his new style is exactly what we wanted! Arnie was so friendly and kind, and made it a point to create a bond with my pup from the get go so as to get him acclimated to the new environment right away. There were other dogs present, and he made sure the interactions were playful and fun. Sharon was incredible!!! The location is adorable, clean and feels like a chic boutique.You will be required to provide vaccination records, a plus in my book. Arnie and his team are phenomenal !! From communication and the actually hair cut, everything was amazing. The place is so cute and clean too and then treated my dog so awesome! Usually he comes home and he hides from us but this is the first time he comes home happy! And I really like that they told me he was gonna finish ahead of time so I could be there around the time he was actually finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Today was my first time at this groomer, and I felt nothing but love and kindness. Arnie walked me through the process, and treated Estella as one of his own. She’s super shy and nervous at times, so I was super anxious, so I waited a bit before I walked away. Prior to her cut, he would go in and check in on her periodically and talk to her. When I got the call she was ready, I sped over, and was super happy with what I found. Her fur was beautiful, she was happy, and she was super comfortable around staff. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend this location. If I could leave a 100 star review I would, this place is the best grooming place I’ve ever sent my dogs too.One of my dogs is 16 and Arnie the owner is the MOST caring person I can’t say enough about how much he care for Ozzy and have so much patience for him!Dogs will never be left in cages like a lot of other groomers and the pictures you get after every visit are just amazing! They really know how to take care of a pomeranian coat since it’s so delicate and one wrong cut can stop the hair from growing back right. 10 out of 10 recommend.
