We had the best experience here with Susan while looking for/designing an engagement ring. She made the whole process so easy and seamless. I couldn’t recommend her enough and can’t wait to come back for wedding bands and more. Her attention to detail and knowledge on the industry is top tier. She hand picks each diamond herself to make sure you are getting the best of the best. 12/10 would recommend Susan!!

Working with Susan has been the easiest part of our engagement and wedding planning process. From the first time we met her she was very educational and laid out all of our options so we could feel like we were truly making informed decisions. She never made us feel like we were asking for too much or like our customizations weren’t possible. It made us feel like we had a truly unique ring. When it was time to purchase the engagement she made the whole process very convenient as I was out of town for work. We were able to handle everything via email which is what I preferred. I never felt pressured to buy something or like she was just trying to make a sale. Buying our wedding bands was just as great of an experience. We were a little behind on that process but Susan went above and beyond to get us our rings in time for our upcoming wedding. We can’t wait to wear them!
