Kyle did a great job fixing the hose for my ice maker on my refrigerator and removing a saddle valve that had corroded. He discovered the hose I bought at Lowes was defective and that is why the water was leaking. He also added a shut off valve upstairs so I dont have to run up and down the stairs each time to turn on the water. He is extremely nice and very professional! I signed up with their monthly service agreement with them also!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received today. Our service technician Dornell was early and went directly to work diagnosing what we asked of him. We had been having concerns over our humidifier and the proper way it should be operating considering the frequent changes in our Kansas weather. He was very patient in answer our questions and thoroughly checked out the existing equipment, showing us how it needed to operate at the various temperature changes and making recommendations as to how it could become more efficient. Never once did he give us the oversell and attempt to try and push a lot of unnecessary products on us. He advised us what may be needed in the future and potential costs associated with these.
