Wow. Now let me tell ya. I walk in. Super nice lady (wish I would have gotten that name) greets me. Easy to look at. In fact, most of those employees were easy to look at. Except Mr Curley head with the skinny pants on. He was difficult to look at without making a sour face. Anyway. Drank the yellow mystery juice. Ready for ct. Had the iv shot. Didn’t hurt at all. Well done. In and out. Enjoyed this trip.

I had an HSG preformed today and was so nervous about it since I watched and read too many other’s experiences (the joys of having the internet). However, the nurse and doctor were amazing here. They put me at ease and were incredibly sweet and professional during the entire procedure. I will definitely be going back to this location should I have to ever have another done.

Went here this morning. The property and insides were very clean. Our check in rep was very friendly and had us checked in quickly. We waited for about 5 mins and were taken back. The lab tech was also friendly and did an abdominal complete and they seemed to be very thorough (this isn’t my area of work so I can’t really say). She took lots of images and had good bed side manner. We will be back if the need arises. Also-they give you a discount if you are self paying and pay before the service. I think it was like 25%. And what they quoted on the phone was accurate to what we paid.

Excellent employees, the facility was very clean, checking is was fast and easy. I waited less then 4 minutes to go back, the dressing rooms were spacious. The tech explained everything before going into the room. The got me situated on the table to where I was comfortable, they even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to. I'm very claustrophobic so she said if it made it easier I could look out the window, half way through she checked on me and reminded me to push the button if I couldn't finish it. I'd recommend the overland park location to anyone

Had a wonderful experience this past Saturday with the Diagnostic Team. Nurse was extremely friendly and polite. She made any nerves about the situation lessen with her demeanor. Alexis was the same way during the scan and it was much better than anticipated. Thank you to all of them for a nice experience and I'd highly recommend them to others.

Front desk check-in was quick and easy. I was not told to arrive early but I did arrived 6 minutes before my appt, and wasn't seen until 20 min after, and they were not too busy in my opinion. Not the worst wait but not the best either. Tech was very friendly and efficient. Xrays were quick and painless. Out in less than 5min Facility is clearly brand new, very nicely decorated. Plenty of seating.

After a bit of a bumpy experience scheduling through their online portal, I must say I had an amazing in-person experience with the actual scans. India was an amazing technician who made me feel comfortable and reassured me throughout my entire first mammogram experience. She was very thorough and explained everything. The US tech Debbie was also great! I would give them each 5 stars! The front desk and scheduling seem to be the biggest issues with this clinic, so if they could get those snags figured out - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Very clean, prompt, and professional from the direct health care staff.

Went in for a biopsy yesterday, was scared to death all weekend. I have the biggest fear of needles and blood. Everything they did for me was fast and painless. Everyone told me it would be a horrible experience, but it wasn’t. They made me feel so safe and comfortable. The staff was super personable and made sure I was okay every second. I would go back tomorrow without a fear. I don’t remember her name which is crappy of me but the lady with the blonde hair who was there with me the whole time is an angel and if you see this THANK YOU SO MUCH 💗

The whole process was very smooth and professional, except for the check in. For the young lady working on window 5 today (10/27): customers standing right in front of you should not have to wait till you finish chitchatting with your colleague next to you to be taken care of. When you finally directed your attention to me you didn’t even greet me. Take it as constructive criticism. The rest was top!

Went to get MRI done through VA and people are very friendly place is well kept and clean. Was supposed to do one MRI today and one Tuesday but they worked in both so I won’t have to go back. I have high anxiety and during my procedures lady doing my scans checked on me few times made sure I was ok. I went on Saturday and place was pretty empty based on parking lot and people in waiting room.
