Cooperation with getting two MRI is done on the same day for different body parts impressive. Front desk Support inconsistent. Some people don’t speak clearly. Some only offer Vague responses. This would make it very easy to get Misplaced in the system. Then again there are others at the front desk who were very helpful and considerate. I arrived on crutches. To get into the building one has to get through two doors. The receptionist is secluded behind another layer of glass. Without my wife I don’t know how I would’ve entered the building. I had my first MRI here and had a great experience! I was seen within a few minutes of my... I had my first MRI here and had a great experience! I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time (I did arrive 30 min early, as prescribed, for paperwork and prep). After I was called in, Tina immediately put me at ease. She talked me through all of the actions that were going to take place and offered to play music (of my choice) over the headphones to drown out the noise of the MRI machine. What little nerves I had going in were quickly pushed aside as Tina was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked expeditiously to complete my scan. I will be returning here for any future MRIs I have. I'm not claustrophobic, no metal in my body or my bra closure, the earrings I wear are smaller than 1 millimeter.... however, in the most normal way, wig had to como off because of metal combs inside.
