I ordered from this store past their delivery window at 8:30pm, it was an urgent matter for me to have it delivered the same day due to a previous company’s failure to deliver the same day, and the owner, Bella, was very very kind and willing to get my order started, finished AND delivered at 10:30PM ON A SATURDAY!!! The bouquet presentation was terrific and delivered in a timely manner despite the late call, and the customer service was above and beyond. The product was exactly as shown in the pictures and arrived with no issues. My wife was astonished with the bouquet! I would highly recommend this place for your flower delivery!

After having one of the worst days, I hopped on the Q train at 10 pm to get some flowers from this florist. She was so kind, funny, and helpful in putting together the perfect arrangement to lift me out of the mood I was in. She also gave great tips on how to keep the flowers fresh for more weeks. Bam is also a very cute cat to pet.
