Arrived here right when the estimated time for job was and even with poor DIY wiring the previous owner did, he was able to identify the problem quickly and get us back up and running in a timely manner. I've used Decker in the past and was very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I had an urgent matter come up over Memorial Day weekend and needed assistance. Decker was the only company available and offering service over the holiday weekend. They promptly called to inform me they were running behind due to circumstances out of their control. Ten minutes later a manager from Decker called me to apologize for the delay. He asked me about the electrical issues I was having. He walked me through some steps I could take to resolve my issue. He was extremely professional and very helpful. I was able to correct my problem without a technician coming to my house. If you are in need of an electrician I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DECKER. Mason is great to work with. He responded to a work request from Angie’s list at list 3 days early than anyone else. He showed up when he committed and listen to the technical specifications I wanted to setup installing solar inverters. I setup a fair proposal and committed to a time and for the job done right and in compliance with NEC code. I have had no issues for a month after the work and would look to him again for any electrical job I need and couldn’t do myself!!!
