Just bought my second bike from Cycle World - Giant Trance 29 2 - and I couldn’t be happier! I upgraded from a Giant Talon and the staff there took the time to help me try out a few different models before I decided on the Trance. After a few rides, I took it back to get it all dialed in and they took care of me, no problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or in need of maintenance. Gotta say I usually rate restaurants and such but this place had amazing service so I had to get the word out. Definitely recommend this place. I came in with my 6KU for a basic tube change. I’ve had bad luck in the past with causing more damage while Trying to change the tube myself so I came to the Professionals. Turned out to be I was low on air and they gave me the help I needed for free. I greatly appreciate how Honest these guys are and how welcoming the shop feels. they also gave me great advice on how to maintain my bike. Professional attitude and excellent customer service! Outstanding Service & Truly Went Above and BeyondCycle World did an absolutely amazing job with my grandson’s e-bike. We originally came in for what we thought was a simple flat tire. Not only did they replace the inner tube, but they took the time to thoroughly inspect why the tire went flat in the first place — something that truly sets them apart.Before returning the bike to us, they discovered several additional and potentially dangerous issues: a loose handlebar, a screw incorrectly placed in the front tire area, loose pedals, and a rear brake that didn’t have enough brake fluid.We are beyond grateful that the team caught these problems, especially because my grandson’s safety is the most important thing.
