Custodi Catering catered my wedding for 170 people. Working with Chris was easy throughout the entire process. Prices were really affordable & the food was excellent. Guests raved about the eggplant rollatini, salmon, and shrimp. They were professional throughout the planning & the event. We did the alcohol ourselves (we should’ve used Custodi!) & we accidentally messed up the order. One of Custodi’s lead bartenders, Chelsea, noticed right away and coordinated a new delivery. All during cocktail hour! She saved the day. Would highly recommend them for catering large or small events.

Chris and his team catered our wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. From our first consultation I knew Chris was going to deliver a beautiful day for us. Our menu reflected our favorites and every dish was executed perfectly. It is relatively unheard of to cook salmon for 120 guests and have it stay delicious and tender, so much so that folks were raving about it 3 days after. Custodi Caterers now offers family meals delivered during covid 19 crisis. This is so much better than other food delivery programs that send you food to prep or boil etc. Chris was a pleasure to speak to, the ordering process was fast and easy and the food arrived on time as promised.
