Specialties: We want to thank you for taking this time to check us out. We are so excited to be Open for Business! We spent about 4 months completely remodeling our 6500sq foot building. We have taking the traditional warehouse feel of so many CrossFit boxes and "spiced" ours up a little with lots of extras, The gym space looks different than most with sheetrock on the walls/ceiling, trimmed out, we have 2 large Tv's on the walls to help you track all your PR's and assist you in becoming the best athlete you can be! We put rolled rubber floors and indoor turf in a space thats large enough to get your workout in while not being crowded. We did all this while still keeping the raw CrossFit feel, We still have the large bay doors no heat/air in the gym portion :/ We still play the music loud and grunt and shout will picking things up and putting things down. We still push people to do their best all while trying our best to beat their times:) We still have those knocking out 20+ pull-ups while others are struggling for 1, We still celebrate the one who finished 1st all while cheering on those that are last! We know everyone starts their journey of getting fit at different times in their life and for different reasons. We also know that what comes easy for some is harder for others.. at the end of the day you just need to be the absolute best version of you! Thats it! We are committed as a community and as coaches to get you there! We are CrossFit Inside Out! Established in 2014. Nick and Andrea Willie founded CFIO in 2014. After they moved to Charlotte, NC, I purchased this fantastic CrossFit gym in 2022. My name is Tim, and I am now the proud owner. Our CrossFit gym is thriving and growing.
