Couture Clean did a beautiful job cleaning two of my wedding dresses (ceremony and reception dresses). The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless, and the packaging was elegant and thoughtful—clearly handled with care. Carolina and the team at Couture Cleaners are truly the best! They’ve been my go-to for years—always professional, accommodating, and incredibly talented. From custom sewing projects and rush alterations to detailed work for my clients, they handle everything with such care and precision. Most recently, they altered my wedding rehearsal dinner dress, and it turned out flawlessly—better than I ever imagined. Their craftsmanship and kindness set them apart. Can I just say wow! From the moment I called asking to if they were able to clean my wedding dress, and preserve it to the very end of the service they have given nothing but kind and amazing service. Over the phone, they have been so sweet. I had told them my gown may be quite a project because the petticoat is not removable, and it’s quite a large dress. However, they reassured me that they will come pick it up, evaluate and get back to me if it is possible. The schedule pick up date was easy, and they got back to me the same day with a quote. Not only was I extremely happy that they were able to take on this project, but ecstatic with the price. They had an easy to follow link where you can follow the status of your gown. They were extremely patient with me, each time I called which I know was not necessary but because of the size of my gown, I was worried they’d tell me they cannot work on it anymore.
