Our after school program for kids teaches a variety of sports on a three week cycle as well as include educational components to teach kids about fitness and nutrition. Established in 2015. Christian Ortiz started training clients in his home up north on a Bowflex machine. He transformed clients one-by-one through word of mouth. Almost ten years later, Christian founded Cortiz Fitness and continued training his clients at Iron Core Gym in Ocoee. Cortiz Fitness now offers group fitness classes, personal training, sport specific training, and after school programs for kids. Our first camp for kids came alive Summer of 2017 with our Fit Kids 4 Fun! program which has proven to be a big success. The company continues to spread its after school program to other counties in the greater Orlando area and hopes to sweep the state in 2018. Stay tuned!
