I had two issues: - My headset and mic wasn't working on my computer and Rocco fixed it in about a minute. Turns out it was fighting with a Playstation controller. - My computer also wouldn't run BF6 because it didn't have some secure boot setting enabled in the BIOS, Rocco found out that my computer was so old it didn't even have the option to turn it on, but was able to update the BIOS and get it working in about 30 minutes! Couldn't be happier with how fast Rocco knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it no problem.

I found Control Your Tech through a quick Google search for computer repair, and I’m so glad I chose them. I called around 11 AM, and they told me that if I brought my PC in (which I had definitely messed up), there was a good chance it would be fixed by closing time. Sure enough, they delivered. Rocco is brilliant. My 82 year old sister lives in Orlando. She had so many complicated issues with her technology equipment and Internet connection. I flew down from NY to visit and to help her. It was a struggle to get things up and running. Shortly after my return the Internet company randomly changed her modem and router and none of her wifi devices would connect. Rocco at Control Your Tech is the man!! The man fixed three of my computers in less than a day, and that meant a lot. He upgraded my HP to Windows 11, factory-reset my Mac desktop, and turned my gaming PC into a machine so fast it could probably beat me in Mario Kart now. On top of that, he caught stuff I didn’t even realize was wrong: a tilted graphics card, a busted fan, and then upgraded my gaming PC to WiFi 7. I tested all three machines at home, and they’re running flawless.
