We have a MiniSplit heat pump system that caused us nothing but trouble in the 2 years we have had it. The original installer was of no help in getting the problem resolved. I tried 3 other HVAC companies in an effort to solve the problems, but they could not provide definitive solutions. In desperation, I called Controlling Systems. Their first technician knew we had problems he could not solve so he escalated the problem to their most senior technician. After a thorough analysis he found several problems including some that were not at all obvious. He mapped out a repair plan, gave me a detailed estimate of the cost and I approved the work. They were able to correct the botched installation over a 2-day period and now the system works perfectly. I highly recommend Controlling Systems and they now have a new loyal customer.ServicesHVAC system repair

I'm very happy I went with Controlling Systems for my major HVAC system overhaul! I upgraded to an electric heat pump hybrid heating/cooling system and an electric heat pump water heater. Chris was very knowledgable about all my different options, and worked with me to choose the best system for my house and my budget. He also got me all the relevant Excel rebates, saving me about $11,000 total. Elijah and his crew did a great job with the installation. Everything went smoothly and was completed much faster than I expected. I definitely recommend this company and would work with them again!
