I had called cause I built a computer and messed up along the way was not sure what I did but I was able to bring it to them and he was able to fix my mistake which turned out to be very simple. Great service, great price, and great timing. They transferred my info from my old computer to my new computer, and backed it up very quickly. I highly recommend them. Recently took a work computer there and they replaced the battery and backed everything. The box store told us they couldn't replace the battery, and talked someone into buying a new computer. That store has an instore computer repair service. They didn't transfer all the info. I took it to Computer Exchange and they took care of everything.

What the Geek... could not do, CE did and my son's computer works great. No BSOD, lights, and fans work. No lag either. Justin checked in the computer, took detailed notes, and the tech found a bent RGB pin and undid what the Geek... did incorrectly. System was repaired faster than expected. The shop has custom built systems, used ones too. Reasonably priced for tech support and I think you can negotiate on the systems for sale. Fast, polite, and they are real, i.e. no BS push this and that. Thanks CE!

I have very little tech savvy but knew I needed an update for my computer. I contacted Computer Exchange and was told to bring in the CPU and they would check it out for me. Jenson helped me with all the decisions that needed to be made and spoke in simple language so I could understand. I now have a new updated computer with all the data transferred from my old one thanks to Computer Exchange. You will not find better customer service. I highly recommend them to you! As someone With very little computer knowledge that ran into computer issues I highly recommend Computer Exchange. They were polite and professional, and Efficient I turned in my PC to be serviced. They said it would be 3 to 5 business days. They were done in 2. They called and notified me of everything they were doing, issues they found and to make sure I was comfortable with pricing all before servicing. They thoroughly explained everything and didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded parts. They dove in and did what needed to be done and for that I will definitely be back with any pc needs.
