John was super friendly and helpful, to the point, and honest. My car needed a new battery and he made the swap in just a few hours. He also replaced my key fob battery (which was dead when I gave him my keys) at no extra charge. It's a small thing, but it showed me that he really cares about his clients. The last time I brought my car in for an alternator repair, they helped reattach a part of my bumper that was hanging off free of charge. I found them through AAA because I wanted a trustworthy garage. They were more than helpful! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and asked if it would be ok to keep it over the weekend since I was going out of town.
