We had a birthday party catered and organized by Colorado Catering Company. The serves on site were very professional and took care of everything! They asked me if there was anything I needed all evening and helped with all the cleanup and hauling we had to do.The team who managed the bar was so accommodating and so sweet to our guest.The food was exceptional and the team set up and serve everything with fair and expertise!The entire team was so happy and did their job with joy. It was wonderful!

We’re still talking about how amazing Colorado Catering was for our wedding. From the very beginning, Amanda made us feel taken care of. She was so kind, organized, and on top of every detail, and Chef Mike’s food was seriously some of the best we’ve ever had. The tasting alone sold us, but the experience just kept getting better.They helped us with rentals, adjusted the menu to fit all of our guests’ allergies, and worked with us on changes all the way up to the week of the wedding. Everything went off without a single issue. It was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best parts of the whole day.And the food… unreal. We had so much of it, and every single thing was delicious and the service was impeccable. People are still telling us how amazing it all was. We had a wonderful experience with Colorado Catering Company from start to finish. Organized and efficient setting menus and numbers to be served. They adjusted menus to serve our specific needs; adjusted room set-up as we asked; worked with our specific timings for appetizers and food. Luis and Christina were the lead servers on the day of the event, and were so positive, gracious and helpful, along with all of the service team. You could tell they took great pride in their presentation and working with customers. The quality of food was better than we hoped for, and guests loved it. We have nothing we wish CCC would have done differently, and simply put, they exceeded our expectations in every way and in every facet of our day...from the administrative side to the on-site service to the food preparation.
