Loved the whole experience at Coatly! The whole place is so clean, calm and really cute. I love that they don’t use crates, the bather was playing with my pup while she waited for me to get there. The groomer Edwin was awesome and took great care of our pup! Definitely an elevated grooming experience for a great price!

We love Coatly! This is our second time here and we have had such a great experience both times. The staff is so friendly and the shop is beautiful. You can really tell they care about dogs and that’s what matters most! We have a large golden doodle and they do such a great job with his cut. I love that they send updates and photos throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

First time customer at Coatly and had a great experience. My doodle came in desperately needing a good groom and short cut for summer. They did a great job. His cut is exactly what I was looking for. They even sent pictures during his bath time, which I so appreciated as I was very nervous trying a new groomer. We will be back!

My dog got a bath and blow dry and it was fine. No complaints. It is easy to make a reservation and they are timely. It is a little more expensive than other places but it is reliable, on time and they do a good job.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As a first-time dog mom, I’m still learning how to properly care for my puppy, and I truly appreciated the supportive and non-judgmental approach. I took my tiny terrier to Coatly to have his nails Dremeled and the service was excellent. Jonathan was amazing with my little guy from the start, and after the service as well. Usually he darts towards the door. And his nails look better than they’ve looked in years!

Today was my first time here. I felt welcomed and informed. The reception took time explaining pricing and detail and answering questions. I ultimately went with the monthly membership which was cheaper and took care of my pups basics needs. I think pricing is fair and affordable they didn’t charge all those extra fees and materials cost that you would see at other groomers. The atmosphere was welcoming not overstimulating for me and my pup we even get pics of where she is in her appt :). I love this place and look forward to her next appt.

Needed a new groomer and tried out Coatly since it was close. The lobby was very welcoming and clean. You get a good variety of soap and scent options. Jonathan did a great job with my pup who is not a fan of grooming. Will definitely be returning. Would recommend!
