I called Clothesline Cleaners in Boise and they referred me to their gown expert, Natasha. I brought the dress to the shop and Natasha consulted with me on the type of fabric, the treatment it would need, and the care that she would provide. She could have easily turned it away, but rather she took it under her expert care and it turned out fantastic! I appreciate the service and customer care Natasha provided. I would highly recommend their services.

Took my son's suit in to be dry cleaned for his prom on April 4th. The women who helped us was very friendly and answered all my questions! She gave us a pickup date of April 9th and I was surprised to hear that it was ready for pickup the next day on April 5th, that was fast! They did a great job and had great customer service, I was so impressed, I will absolutely use their services again!

I am amazed at how great it looks now and the cost was half what I expected. I mailed it in from Coeur d'Alene and it was returned clean within about 2 weeks . I am more than pleased. First time at this location and they were very professional. It was a rush job that they quickly accommodated for us and the 3 dresses were ready as promised. Alerts are sent via text and you can monitor the progress of the garment. Pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Always happy to support local. I needed my king size down comforter laundered and the turnaround time from pickup to dropoff was 48 hours! What's even better is that I sent a message Sunday night and first thing Monday morning my items were picked up. Very impressed and will be using again for future dry cleaning needs.
