They give several options for sending my tax information to them: mail, fax, secure online portal. I can also visit them in person. Shari has done my taxes for years and does outstanding work. The office communicates with me when my information has been received and if there are questions, as well as when my documents are ready for filing. The turnaround time has been prompt and I am pleased that my taxes were a little lower than I had expected.

I definitely don't have that same prompt communication like I used to have, but that is my only critique. They could do better on timely communication. Other than that, my taxes have been done correctly and on time, and when they do communicate they are clear on their instructions and needs as well as helpful with questions I have. They are reasonably priced as well.
