We live in Brickell and we send our doggy to hotels while we are out of town. We were extremely disappointed with our previous dog boarding store in Brickell so we decided to try City Bark in downtown. It is a bit of walk, but they have not let us down a single time in the past one year! Our dog is much happier to go play and stay at City Bark. Each time she comes home with full energy (or no energy if you know what I mean :). They also have great grooming service you can pair with at exit. The prices are reasonable and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it to dog parents.

If I could give City Bark 10 stars, I absolutely would! When I first moved to Miami from New York almost two years ago, one of my biggest concerns was finding the right daycare for my dogs. It’s such a process to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving your babies — with staff that’s friendly, caring, and that your dogs truly love. City Bark has nailed all of this and more. Luba (one of the owners) is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She’s incredibly attentive and always notices if something seems off with my two pups. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at ease every time I drop them off. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful — always kind, smiling, and genuinely engaging with the dogs. I love that they’re never just locked in cages; they get to play, interact, and be loved on throughout the day. I also really appreciate that the staff occasionally sends me pictures and videos — it’s so reassuring to actually see my dogs happy and having fun.

City Bark is the best doggy daycare and groomer in Miami! I’ve tried a few other doggy daycares in the area, and never felt like my pup was properly taken care of. City Bark is completely different. The staff is so thoughtful and send me videos throughout the day of my dog having a great time socializing with other dogs. When I pick up her up there, she’s happy and tired from her play day. The staff gives me a report on how she was, when/if she ate, when she was taken out for bathroom breaks, ect. Going to City Bark has been one of the best decisions for my pup. I’m not bringing her anywhere else! Thank you for caring for my dog like she’s your own, City Bark! Update: they gave this picture of her for Christmas 🥹
