We teach discipline, self-defense and holistic living, emphasizing exercise and healthy lifestyles. Our classes are a great experience for your teens and young adults. Come join us! Watching a class is free and all are welcome. The Chinese Kung-Fu, Wu-Su Association has taught traditional martial arts in New York City for over 55 years. We are known for our fighting and discipline techniques. Students learn health and longevity, meditation, self defense, weapons, fighting, ground fighting, throwing, grappling, submissions, discipline techniques and more. Over time, our students achieve physical and mental development from our training, with the ultimate goal being to grow a better person who lives the best life possible. Private lessons are also available. Established in 1967. Chinese Kung-Fu, Wu-Su is the name of the system developed by Grandmaster Alan Lee. Our system is based on the instruction Grandmaster Lee received in over 26 styles of Chinese martial arts.
These include Northern and Southern Kung Fu styles, ground fighting, animal styles, springing leg, breaking, escape techniques, the 18 traditional weapons, chin-na-fa (grappling and locking techniques), throwing, discipline techniques and iron body.
Students of Chinese Kung-Fu, Wu-Su also learn self-defense, meditation, breathing and internal cultivation.
