After searching for my car key all day and night, I decided to find out how to get a replacement without having a spare. Luckily, I found Chief of Locks at 12:15 in the morning. I gave them a call and the phone was picked up immediately. I was assured they could help fix my problem and we scheduled a locksmith to come out later that morning. Leading up to the appointment, I received a call from Larry to confirm some info and let me know his eta. Larry was punctual arriving two minutes before the set time. He was friendly and explained my options clearly. After about 30 minutes, I had a new car key that I vow to not lose again!
