Brad Ashman is so great to work with. He's honest, responsive and does beautiful work. My first project with him was a full bathroom remodel and the second was a full kitchen remodel. Both turned out better than I expected. He has assembled a great team that are reliable, hardworking and talented. I give him 5 stars and would work with him again on any home improvement project.

Brad and his team at Chicago Renovation saved the day for me. We had a new AC unit installed by another company that forgot to attach the drain properly, resulting in our wood floor buckling and causing water damage to the unit below us. Luckily, we found Brad at Chicago Renovation. Brad thoroughly inspected the damage and help navigate how to deal with such extensive damage. His team replaced a large section of our floor, they even had to remove some underlying structure that had been infected with mold. They then went into my downstairs neighbors place and replaced the drywall that had been damaged as well. When the job was done, our floors looked even better than they did before this entire ordeal and our neighbors were very happy with the quality in their unit. (Don't worry, this was all eventually covered by the original HVAC company's insurance provider.) Brad is a true expert in the field and a pleasure to work with.
