Captain Dan Tobin has had his 50 ton Masters License for almost 20 years, and has worked on charter boats for more than 20 years. For the first 13 years of his boating career, Captain Dan lived in Key West, Florida. He ran snorkeling trips, racing charters, sunset sails, etc.
Eight years ago, Captain Dan relocated to Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and three children. Since then, he has worked as a sailing and power boat instructor, and has also owned and operated Dragonfly since 2008. He has enjoyed introducing hundreds of people to the skills and excitement of boating on the Chesapeake.
