Excellent place for bike service!! Only good things to say here. We brought in two gravel/touring bikes that needed a lot of TLC and the mechanics were extremely patient, thoughtful and transparent with us through the whole process. They were all very down-to-earth and didn't push to upsell us like crazy like some other bike shops do. We're very happy with the repairs! Affordable work too. Cheers! Thank you!

Got a bike fitting from Amber, and it made all the difference for my long distance bikepacking! She was super thorough but also efficient. She got my bike optimized so it could be comfortable on long stretches and still work great for technical singletrack.

Great bike shop - they helped me diagnose a problem with my e-bike (even though I did not buy it from them) that took a lot of extra effort and communication. They couldn't have been more helpful and patient. I will recommend them to everyone in Anchorage from now on. Thanks, Team Chain Reaction!
