Josh was amazing! I have an old home, and a lot of my door frames are skinny. He was able to take off the doors to the new refrigerator and carefully roll it into the kitchen in about 15 mins tops! The entire process of getting the refrigerator delivered and installed took less than 45 mins! The owner of the company is super nice and knowledgeable! It was an absolute pleasure to meet these gentleman!

What an experience!!! Ever hear the saying, “when it rains, it pours”? It was a tsunami in my world. Not one but two refrigerators went out at the same time. As if that wasn’t a headache within its self I was swindled by a crooked technician. But Dianna and Danny saved the day and brought the sun back. After attempting to clean up someone else’s mess they took the time to be transparent and honest about what I needed and didn’t need. They sold me two top of the line refrigerators at a great prices. Greg and Marcus delivered them. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and careful. I’ll scream it from the mountain top this company provides excellent service!

Zack, from Central Arkansas appliances repair came out today to repair my oven. He was super friendly, professional and a great representation of the company he works for. He replaced the oven igniter, I think is what he called it. He replaced it in like 15 or 20 minutes as he had the part on his truck. It's so hard to be without an oven. You don't get this kind of service these days and I really appreciate it. From now on Central Arkansas Appliances Repair, is the company I'm going to call for all my appliance needs. Also, their price was really reasonable and that is fantastic. So to Zach thank you so much, you're greatly appreciated. Great Job!!!!

I want to thank the owners (Danny and Diane Thompson) of Central-Ark Appliances. LLC for their excellent service and speed at which Danny repaired my freezer. Danny came to my home late evening last Friday and worked tirelessly to get my freezer going. He was able to prevent any loss of the food. After fixing my 13 year old freezer, now. it works perfect and looks NEW again! From my previous experiences with other appliance stores their repair prices and services are very reasonable. . Diane works the parts department, technician scheduling, front desk, and sales. She is extremely competent and knows appliances; especially "appliance parts!" Danny and Diane compliment each other in this family owned business. I have no problem recommending Central-Ark Appliances to my neighbors, friends and family.

I can't express enough the top quality service I've received from Danny and his team! We now own 3 appliances purchased from Central-Ark and Danny. Communication is always top notch! We have been a customer for almost 8 years if not longer. They genuinely care about their customers. Caring is a unique quality these days!.We are customers in both purchase and repairs. Last week I called Central-Ark needing assistance with a repair in regards to our fridge (a Whirlpool fridge we purchased from Lowes). Within 2 minutes of the call, Danny was on the phone helping me do a simple walk-thru in hopes it was an easy cost-free reset. No luck on the simples fixes, SO within 1 hour, Danny was at my home! Fridge working perfectly now!So appreciative!

Great business! Very helpful. Excellent prices. Installation was painless even thought it required carpentry work because I changed from a drop-in stove to a freestanding stove. Instead of weeks (big box stores), I picked out on a Friday and was cooking Monday night! Don’t hesitate to visit these folks!

Very pleased with the service I received from Danny and team. They stepped in to service the fridge I'd purchased from another outlet. They went above and beyond delivering a loaner fridge while mine was repaired. After getting the fridge back, Danny even came out to make sure it was working properly. We purchased a complete appliance package to furnish a new home we was building from Central Arkansas Appliance. When we went in we told them we was just looking around because we was still probably 2 or 3 months away from the house being complete. CAA offered to store our appliances free of charge untill house was ready to insured we was able to get our appliances when needed them do to the shortage in everything they had everything instock that day. we went with the Becko brand. we had never heard of it but we like the way they looked and seem to be very solid build and came with a 3yr factory waranty compaired to 1 yr warranty on all other brands.. the cook stove takes me and my teenage son both to slide it away from wall. (stove weights almost 500lbs. When house was complete i called and asaid we was ready they had my appliances delivered and set the next day. the delivery crew got appliances installed quickly and cleaned up their mess before they left. if i every need anything in

Update below;I made an appointment for 2 pm on a Monday, I received a voice mail, three days later, confirming my appointment for that same day between 10:30 and 11:30, changing it because they had something else come up AFTER setting up my appointment, I called said that can’t work for me, we settled on 4p the same day, I received ANOTHER callback wanting to come at 9am that same morning, when I already told them Monday morning would not work for me.My first appointment should have never been changed, especially without calling and saying we need to change your appointment, then changing it three times!Update; the owner called and came himself at my original time, great job and for making it right, I’ll change my one star to a 5 star

Very efficient and took our old washer and dryer out and put new ones in and set up they made look like a breeze. Very happy we will be back in the near future for new TVs.
