Shopping around for new central air is honestly stressful — every company tells you something different, prices are all over the place, and it’s tough to know who to trust. After talking to a few places, we finally found Celco Air Conditioning and Heating in Bridgeport, CT and the difference was immediate.Nick Zdru the lead technician, is truly an asset to this company. From the moment he walked in, he made us feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. People like that are rare.He was assisted by Eric who was also fantastic. And let me add — both of them deserve a medal for their patience with my mom. She’s a little neurotic (in the sweetest way) and very picky, and she was basically on their asses the whole time… but in a loving, mom kind of way. Not once did they get annoyed. Have been with Celco for over 10 yrs now. When we did our renovation, we hired them to install our new HVAC system. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and nice. Tom Pelletier just came today to service our system as part of an annual maintenance check. He gave me a lot of tips as to how to keep the exterior systems well maintained. Scott came out on a Saturday afternoon for an inspection and provided a detailed, transparent estimate with multiple options the next morning. They were responsive, courteous, and never pushy, with competitive pricing. Dan and the installation crew were on time, clean, and professional.
