Community members access their Poder (Spanish: power, to be able to) both individually and collectively to work towards economic vitality, community well-being, and Black and Brown solidarity.

I'm just getting started, but the services they are offering are robust. I'm getting one-on-one business coaching, I'm signed up for housing help, and they have employment help, too. My business coach, Julian, is meeting me where I'm at, providing excellent feedback to reign in my myriad ideas to something workable and achievable. I'm grateful for the help I'm getting.

I am writing a review to share my experience wit CCL. I met Julian at the Latino Business Summit earlier this year and I was connected to the team. I have been working with Juan mainly, and he is an AMAZING person. I am really glad we connected. He is caring and wants me to win. I was part of a free small business digital skills class and I learned a lot about how to implement tools for my business to make it succeed. He takes pride in what he does, he makes the effort to help. I wanted to also mention that this is a non-profit organization, for those who are leaving some reviews about not getting help. Non-profits do not have a money machine laying around to fix every problem, they do SO much with so little, so please understand they are doing their best, and sometimes they might not have the resources you need, I don't think that warrants a bad review.
