From the very first encounter I had with the catering manager, Lindsay I knew I was done looking for a caterer. I met Lindsay at a Bridal show many years ago and was just so taken with her love for what she does and the company she represents. Lindsay and her team have now provided delicious food for two weddings for my family now. One 8 years ago and one just Oct of 2024. I knew the food, quality, service and perfection were still going to be the same as years ago and we were not disappointed. My fiancée and I both lived out-of-town through the entire planning process, and they were flexible and accommodating, offering virtual meetings that fit our schedules. Only 5 stars does not do this team justice. If we could give them 100, we would. Crushed Ice Catering helped us with our conference in Louisville and offered up their event space when we had to change venues last minute. Their food was some of the best our attendees said they have ever had and the plates for individuals with dietary restrictions were just as delicious, creative, and beautiful as the buffet line, which is something difficult to do and very rare. The team was gracious enough to assist us with logistics, helped set up our AV, organize the space, and set out our conference items/decorations. They even helped us ship back items to make it easier for our staff that flew in to the state. Even with our venue change, Crushed Ice went above and beyond to make sure our conference was a success. We used Crushed Ice Catering for our company holiday party at Angel's Envy in Louisville Kentucky. I wanted to have a fun casual atmosphere with comfort food and lots of options. Destiny took time to understand what I wanted and delivered an amazing menu. I got so many compliments from our staff about how wonderful the food was. We even had someone ask if I could get the recipe for the gnocchi ;) The set up and display was beautiful and the suggestion of having passed apps in the beginning of the night was really helpful. One of the best event experiences I have ever had. I've hosted events for over 10 years all over the country and the Crushed Ice Catering team KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK for me and our 500 guests. They were beyond nice, took care of us with white glove service, the staff was incredible, food quality top notch and the creativity was out of this world. We used Crushed Ice Catering for our Christmas Party in December. Lindsay was amazing at helping us plan and tweak the menu while staying on budget. Twan, our operations manager for the event, was on it right away. She went to the venue ahead of time to get a feel for everything and made sure it went off without a hitch! This especially made us feel better because we were planning the event from another state and having to put a lot of trust in our caterers and venue staff. They did not disappoint! We had the ribeye and salmon which were perfect! The wedge salad was a huge hit...and I would never have thought a wedge salad could be a show stopper? The parmesan potatoes were heavenly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Crushed Ice. We used them as our wedding caterer and the whole experience was incredible. Lilly and Tyler were super responsive and helpful with all our table design needs, tasting requests, and last-minute changes.
