I got dozens of compliments on the food we had at our wedding, most of them to the tune of "Wedding food is usually not great, but oh my gosh, this is amazing!" Emilie worked within our budget without any hesitation and still gave us the event of our dreams. She was flexible with changes and overall is just a delight of a human to work with and be around. Everybody raved about the food, especially the wontons and the flank steak. A few of our guests said that the margaritas were some of the best margaritas they had had from the bar.
